How the team works
Two-week sprints. Mid-sprint update at day 7. Engineers run /share
after finishing any piece of work — that command journals it, commits, pushes,
and this site rebuilds. No status emails. Just refresh.
Decisions are logged transparently on the decisions page. What’s being designed in real time — the methodology framework Mike + Dima shape together — lives on the methodology page with explicit “approved for public” markers.
