who

Three names, one product

SoulMarketing is a joint venture between three organizations. Each brings a distinct kind of credibility; together they explain why this product can be built and why it can be defended.

Why this page exists

Every founder who hears about a new AI platform asks the same question: *who's actually building this, and why should I trust it?* This page answers that — three blocks, one per partner, third-person, evidence-based. We update it as the partnership matures.

Cone Red — the build

AI engineering · architecture · product delivery

Cone Red is an AI automation and end-to-end AI solutions company operating at the application layer — taking foundation models from leading providers and helping businesses extract instant, measurable value from them. They sit at the intersection of AI process engineering, management consulting, and software delivery.

Track record

  • 150+ AI projects delivered across the leadership's track record
  • €50M+ in documented client savings across deployed systems
  • One successful exit; three AI ventures co-founded
  • 15+ industries shipped in production — banking, pharma, manufacturing, telecom, government, healthcare, Web3

Selected delivered systems

  • Multi-agent document processing for 21 banks — 99.6% accuracy
  • Pharmacy AI generating 280% ROI across 120+ locations
  • Manufacturing QC saving ~$800K/year
  • Multilingual knowledge systems serving 3,500+ daily users
  • Voice AI with sub-500ms latency in production

Differentiators that matter here

  • Speed to value — proof-of-concept in 1–2 months, not quarters
  • Full-stack AI capability — not prompt engineering. 24 production-tested AI architecture patterns codified internally; multi-agent systems, RAG pipelines, LLMOps workflows, edge AI, production MLOps
  • Self-hosted-first posture — soul-discovery data does not phone home. Helicone self-hosted, Langfuse self-hosted, column-level encryption. The architectural principle is load-bearing for the product.
  • Lazyflow philosophy — AI does 99% of the work, the user only confirms. Foundational for consumer-conversational surfaces like Soul Forge.

Project lead: Dima Levin, CAIO. Architecture + product engineering + delivery management. Build team: Illia (Soul Forge v1→v2 port), MG (infrastructure + ops), Takhir (Phase 2).

BestResults.AI — the methodology

Life-purpose methodology · 6,000+ executive coaching sessions · ethics + guardrails

Mike Burkesmith leads BestResults.AI. Twenty years and approximately six thousand executive coaching sessions in the Bob Shank life-purpose methodology lineage. Mentored ~200 one-on-one clients to current Life Purpose statements that have lasted decades. C12 facilitator for 15 years; E-Myth, Full Spectrum Business, and Balanced Scorecard expert.

What this brings to the product

  • The methodology spine — question bank (100+), scoring rubric, four-pathway routing, guardrails. The reason Soul Forge isn't just "another AI tool."
  • Ethics + guardrails — ego prevention, dark-side handling, humility checks, soul renewal mechanics. The principles that prevent the system from producing identity-distorted output.
  • Faith-and-business legitimacy — 13 years of Good Friday prayer breakfasts at the Portland Convention Center; Missional AI All Believers conference circuit. Mike is positioning at the intersection of faith and AI for executive audiences.
  • AI builder layer — BestResults.AI has trained ~500 professionals across ~100 organizations on AI for business since 2024; built accelerator prompt sets and an agent-building framework. Mike co-founds the engineering of the methodology integration, not just supplies content.

Mike: this section needs your hand. The track record is third-party-verifiable; the "why I'm in" is yours. After our first 1:1 this week, please replace this paragraph with the framing that's most true to you.

TargetHeart — the vision and the first customer

Performance marketing agency · founder-led vision · capital · market access

Doug McQueen leads TargetHeart, a US-based performance marketing agency. Built from a career arc of accounting → CRM → marketing agency (2008). Brings the accountant brain (ROI, financial modeling, honest income-statement thinking) to a visionary frame (product development, market creation, identity-first architecture).

What this brings to the product

  • The vision — the leadership-tool framing, the Communications Coach commercial defense, the story-as-moat principle. Doug evolved the product from "brand guide engine" to "leadership tool with marketing artifacts as outputs" over six conversations.
  • Capital — Phase 1 fully funded out of TargetHeart commitment.
  • Market access — TargetHeart's existing agency client base is the first channel partnership when Phase 1 ships. Doug's network (executive coaching, EdTech, PPC at scale) opens additional channels.
  • Pilot Zero — Doug is the first customer. The most defensible test is the founder of TargetHeart walking through his own Soul Brand Guide. If it doesn't work for him, the product doesn't ship.

Doug: same as Mike — the track record above is third-party-verifiable, but the framing of who you are and why this is missional for you is yours to write. Replace this paragraph when you have a few quiet minutes.

Why a three-way joint venture, not a vendor relationship

A vendor relationship would optimize for delivery against spec. A joint venture optimizes for the product's long-term flourishing — Mike's methodology lasts decades; Cone Red's architecture supports an indefinite Phase 2/3; TargetHeart's market access compounds as the product matures. The structure honors that all three are building for the long arc, not for a delivery handoff.

What to do with this page

If you're considering partnering with us: use this to calibrate capability before our first conversation. Specific case-study deep-dives available on request.

If you're Mike or Doug: rewrite your block in your voice. The third-person framing here is my starter; the section is yours.

If you're an engineer reading to onboard: the team page at /team is the operational view (who's shipping what this sprint); this page is the credibility view (why this team can build this product).
